How to Raise a Complaint

A friendly provider talking with a homeowner at the front door of a Brooklyn Park home

Last updated: October 2026

We want anyone who reaches out to Dualmoment Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to do that and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Dualmoment Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we matched you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Dualmoment Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Minnesota.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@dualmoment.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer doesn't sit right with you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
