How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who You Talk To

When you send a request, you end up talking with an independent provider from our network. That person runs a local pest control or wildlife business. They are not an employee of Dualmoment Pest Control, and they do the inspection, the quote and the work themselves.

That is worth knowing, because the provider is the one who answers for the job. We simply make the first introduction.

What Happens Next

You describe the problem. A provider reads it, then reaches out to ask a few more questions. Expect things like where you saw the pests, how long it has been going on, and what type of home you live in.

From there, many providers can set up a visit quickly, though timing depends on their schedule. Request a callback to check provider availability if you want a sense of timing.

What to Ask a Provider

A few good questions make the whole thing less stressful. Try these:

  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
  • Which pest do you think this is, and how do you know?
  • What products or methods will you use, and are they safe around children and pets?
  • How many visits will it take, and what does a follow-up cost?
  • Do you hold the license your state requires?
  • What should I do to prepare before you arrive?

If the problem is bed bugs, wildlife or termites, also ask how they handle sealing entry points or repairs, since that is often a separate step.

You Are in Control

You are never locked in. You can ask questions, compare more than one quote, or say no thanks. Take a slow breath and take your time.

One gentle tip: get it in writing. A written quote protects you and the provider. It should list the work, the price, and any extra visits. If the number is far above the usual U.S. range for your type of job, ask why.
